The church reported numerous leaks in the main building and manse. The roof drain was in need of replacement as well. Our team of experts visited to inspect and diagnose the issues, then outlined our plan to properly replace the roof.
We removed the existing roof and wall drains then set a new cast iron drain on the roof. We then proceeded to connected drain with new fittings. Once the roof drain was repaired we moved on to the main roof of the church and manse. To ensure the eaves were properly protected we used GAF WeatherWatch ice and water shield 108. The board members chose a beautiful GAF Camelot designer shingle in color Aged Oak which complemented the stone facade. To finish this project copper valleys were installed in all valleys areas along with 0.26 gauge Kynar finished wall flashings.
This intricate project took a lot of coordination between the church board members, project engineers and our roofing team! We thank the board and church personnel for the privilege to work alongside them.
